I decided to paint the back of the mirror so if I ever need one I can just flip it around. The frame was spraypainted fire engine red... a little brighter than I wanted but better than the mustard/brown color it was. Can't wait to hang it.

My mom gave me a mirror that she was going to throw out (why am I always taking her trash?). I don't have a use for a mirror but we needed a new message board. I've been dying to try out chalkboard paint, like the rest of the blog world, so Mr YR picked it up from Lowes and I couldn't be more excited.
