Started the week off right today. Actually worked at work... worked out when I got home... and made a yummy salad for dinner. There is nothing I love more to end a day than a salad. haha such a lie. I'm polishing off a Long Island Iced Tea right now - the REAL way to end the day. But the salad was great too. =)I did add some chicken but the chicken pic wasn't as pretty. haha.
